The Evans System Blue SST marching tenor drum head is the product of a unique film combination and sound control technique. This series was developed with the DCI World Championship-winning corps, the Blue Devils, in order to offer enhanced attack, tonal clarity, and projection with increased durability & tuning stability. Evans Level 360 technology is incorporated into the design of this drum head in order to extend the level playing surface of the head 360 degrees around the drum. This guarantees even contact with the critical bearing edge on the drum shell, which results in ease of tuning, extended pitch range, and even optimum sound quality.
